* Washington customers must receive a permit from the State Department of Fish and Wildlife before we are allowed to ship butterflies for release into the state.
* Hawaii does not allow any butterflies to be shipped into the state.
All interstate shipments of live butterflies within the United States require a permit from the USDA.   Wingin' It Butterfly Farm  currently hold permits for all states shaded in blue on the map.   

In addition, each state has rules regarding which specific butterflies may be imported from other states. To see if your state allows us to ship Monarchs and/or Painted Ladies to you, check here.
